I manage a YouTube channel called "Daily Dose Of Internet" with over 5.3 million followers. The goal of my channel is to help educate and entertain my followers. I was interested in the video below.

I was wondering if I could receive permission to share this video on my YouTube channel? I would of course provide proper video credit. I only need about 25 seconds of footage. Is this video licensed by a 3rd party media company? I cannot shared videos that are licensed.
On my channel I never give my opinion and let my viewers form their own opinions of the things I present. I would not show your videos in a negative light and would not attempt to slander your name.
